Welcome to SabiPay, a bills payment mobile app owned and operated by Greenwood Multiservices Softwares. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SabiPay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SabiPay is a bills payment mobile app that allows users to purchase:

  • Airtime and data for MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9Mobile.
  • Electricity units from various DISCOs in Nigeria, including IBDEC, IKEDC, and others.
  • Cable TV subscriptions for DStv, GOtv, and Startimes.

SabiPay is not a fintech app and does not offer investment, savings, or financial management services. Our platform only facilitates bill payments through trusted third-party payment gateways.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the correctness of all payment details (e.g., phone numbers, meter numbers, smart card IDs) before completing a transaction.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
  • SabiPay shall not be responsible for losses incurred due to user negligence or unauthorized access to accounts.

4. Payment Processing

  • Payments on SabiPay are securely processed through Monnify.
  • SabiPay does not store or process users' financial information.
  • All transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of failed transactions (refer to our Refund Policy).

5. Transaction Failures and Disputes

  • If a transaction fails and the user is debited without receiving the service, they should contact our support team within 48 hours with transaction details.
  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
  • SabiPay is not responsible for service delays or failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., telecom companies, electricity DISCOs, or cable TV providers).

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized transactions.
  • Use SabiPay for money laundering or any illegal activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our platform, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account without permission.

7. Data Privacy and Security

  • SabiPay does not share user login details or personal data with any third party.
  • User payment details are securely handled by Monnify.
  • By using SabiPay, users consent to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect user information.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SabiPay shall not be held liable for losses due to incorrect details entered by the user.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues or service downtime caused by third-party providers.
  • In no event shall SabiPay be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Modification of Terms

SabiPay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
