At SabiPay, owned and operated by Greenwood Multiservices Softwares, we are committed to providing a smooth and secure bills payment experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for transactions made through our platform.

1. No Refunds for Successful Transactions

SabiPay is a bills payment app that allows users to purchase airtime, data, electricity, and cable TV subscriptions. Due to the nature of our services, all successfully completed transactions are final and non-refundable.

Once a transaction is confirmed and processed through our payment gateway ( Monnify), we are unable to reverse or refund the payment. Users are advised to review their details carefully before completing any purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Transaction with Debit: If your account was debited but the service (airtime, data, electricity, or TV subscription) was not delivered, and our system or payment provider does not automatically resolve it.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If a user mistakenly makes multiple payments for the same service, and only one of them is successfully processed.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team within 48 hours of the transaction at info@greenwoodsoftwares.com or 08148982667.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date and time of the transaction
    • Payment receipt or proof of debit
    • Description of the issue
  3. We will verify the transaction with our payment providers (Monnify) and the service provider (e.g., telecom operator or electricity provider).
  4. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., wrong phone number, meter number, or smart card number).
  • Transactions that have already been successfully processed and delivered.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of the transaction.
